Our relationship with technology is an important one in modern life, it connects us to our friends and family when we cannot see them face-to-face, it assists us to perform our work duties, and it entertains us with creative interactions and content. However, it is also one we need to maintain in a healthy way for it to support our lives and wellbeing instead of making us feel encumbered or less-than.

With the concerns of screen time use coming into view as we physically isolate, our community has requested screen time resources for the ones they care about, may it be employees working from home not attentive to their physical strains in front of screens or students finding difficulty dividing their screen time between work and play. We hope these cards for screen time can alleviate some stress and anxiety while we co-habit with our devices.
